Hill West Architects was hired to design a master plan, envisioning a vibrant, healthy, and high-quality urban neighborhood.

The site design is comprised of a 40-story signature tower, housing a 4-star hotel with a low-rise multifunction convention center, and a commercial ground floor providing a myriad of food and beverage as well as entertainment. The tower is topped by 21 stories of modern residences. Additionally, there are two low-density commercial/residential buildings that creates a series of indoor and outdoor event experiences, and a stand-alone 30-story residential tower.

The design focused on crafting a vibrant location born by the synergy of interconnected programs and their density.Due to the site’s proximity to a rail station, bike infrastructure, and the community’s value on walkability the design focused on maximizing on Transit Oriented Development.
