Hill West collaborated with Brandon Haw Architects on this new Williamsburg residential project, Three Williamsburg Wharf. This building is a part of the larger Williamsburg Warf master plan, which also includes One and Two Williamsburg Wharf and Four Williamsburg Wharf.

Residents at Three Williamsburg Wharf at 482 Kent Avenue will enjoy a range of private amenities such as a fitness center, library lounge, outdoor gardens, and swimming pool. Interior design of these spaces and units was completed by Brandon Haw Architects and Ward + Gray. The 249 rental residences are designed to embrace natural light and maximize breathtaking waterfront and skyline views. Thoughtfully planned layouts, soaring ceilings, and refined finishes create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. Expansive terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows offer seamless indoor-outdoor living, while high-end kitchens and spa-like baths provide the ultimate in modern comfort and elegance.
