Dennis Lehrer

Dennis Lehrer – Associate

“As a child I would ride in the backseat of my parent’s car down to visit family in New York City.  As I gazed out the car window at the skyscrapers above, it was as if we were driving through the base of a steep canyon. This spatial experience left a memory that motivated me to begin drawing spaces of my own.”

Dennis Lehrer has over 14 years of experience with an extensive background in project management and design for large scale luxury residential, hotel and retail projects.  His experience along with his passion for design gives him the ability to bring challenging design projects to fruition while working closely with clients to make sure all their needs are met.  His recent works include 22 Central Park South, 1399 Park Avenue, and 123 Linden Boulevard.

While at Hill West (formerly GHWA) Lehrer has acquired a wide range of skill sets working on projects all around NYC that include hospitality, residential, renovation, retail, commercial and historical restoration.  As Job Captain at Ismael Leyva Architects P.C. in New York he worked on 440 42nd street, a 60-story residential tower and hotel project.  There he oversaw project teams, coordinated the façade design, and worked on production.  He later worked as Project Manager at George Berger Associates where he worked on several renovation projects including two hotels in Midtown Manhattan among others.

Lehrer received a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute.
