Team Eric Schneider, RA
Project ManagerAs an architect Eric blends technical knowledge of large-scale building design, excellent project management skills, and a passion for the history of architecture, both local and global. Since joining Hill West Architects in 2019, he has managed architectural production on multiple large-scale projects including 2230 Cropsey Avenue. He excels at team leadership and collaboration while also personally providing effective BIM modeling and production work as needed. As a project manager, Eric enjoys mentoring junior staff and cross-collaborating with internal and external teams. To him, every project is a way to learn from others and bring out the best in each team member. Eric is an enthusiastic convert to the Revit software platform, and has played a large role in the firm’s overall BIM implementation, standardization, and knowledge sharing efforts.
While Eric’s most recent work has focused on large-scale multifamily residential and mixed-use projects, his 20+ year career has encompassed a myriad of specialties. He held a longtime position leading the design department of an architectural fabrication shop, has worked as a carpenter and fabricator, and has completed multiple architectural projects in the healthcare and institutional sectors. Eric received his Bachelors of Architecture degree from Temple University, including completion of a program of architectural study in Rome. He is a licensed architect in both New York and New Jersey.
