Team Jennifer Tatum, RA
AssociateJennifer Tatum is an Associate at Hill West, specializing in residential projects in the New York City metro area. Jennifer specializes in layout design for luxury residential high-rise projects. Most recently, she has worked on award winning projects Olympia, 130 William, and 11 Hoyt. Commecial Observer recognized Jennifer as a Top Young Professional in 2023.
Prior to Hill West, Jennifer was an Architecture Associate at ARCT Architecture where she was responsible for producing CAD drawings, digital models, and renderings for both multi-family and single-family residential design projects. She worked directly with clients and contractors through all phases of the design process. Jennifer received a Master of Architecture from The City College of New York and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from The University of Kentucky.
