Mourad Berrouane is a Senior Associate at Hill West with extensive experience in project management and design for large-scale luxury residential, hotel, and retail projects. His expertise across various typologies is invaluable in assisting clients and teams throughout the building process. Using BIM, he leads his teams through all project phases, always seeking the best methods to streamline coordination and ensure open communication. His ability to integrate innovative solutions and foster collaboration among team members makes him a vital asset to any project, including the incredibly successful luxury residential towers at Waterline Square and award-winning Landmarks conversion of 424 Fifth Avenue into Amazon’s New York City office. Currently, Mourad is leading mixed-use residential projects at 54 Crown Street in Brooklyn and 36-27 College Point Boulevard in Queens.

Before joining Hill West Architects, Mourad managed zoning analysis, design, and production for commercial and residential mixed-use projects in New York City including. His notable projects include 44-15 Purves Street, a 48-unit condo; the Viceroy Hotel at 120 West 57th Street, a 29-story luxury hotel; and 206 East 52 Street, a 29-story hotel with a restaurant, among many others. Mourad holds a Master of Architecture and Urban Design from the New York Institute of Technology.
