Project ManagerWith over 20 years of experience as an architect, Shahrzad Taherian remains inspired by the teamwork and coordination required to transform architectural drawings and plans into completed buildings. As a seasoned project manager, Shahrzad’s expertise across the full development process has contributed to the success of a wide range of building types in New York, including high-rise residential towers, mid-rise buildings, conversions to residential, landmark buildings, luxury condominium buildings with amenities, and single-family homes. Most recently, Shahrzad has been a key team member in the development of 23-15 44th Road with Carmel Partners.
Before joining the Hill West team in July of 2023, Shahrzad was a Project Manager at CetraRuddy Architects, where she worked on projects such as the condominium high-rises One Madison Park in Manhattan and 22 River Terrace in Jersey City, as well as the restoration of 30 Morningside. Shahrzad earned her five-year Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New York Institute of Technology.
