Designer – Production Team

NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking an Intermediate Architect. We are seeking a candidate with 3+ years of experience, NYC high end residential design, mixed use buildings and commercial projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual with the ability to work within tight deadlines and is a team player who enjoys being part of a collaborative environment.

This person will be assisting the Project Manager & team on projects that include architectural drafting, detailing, and basic project documentation and coordination. Candidates must have comprehensive drafting skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, strong organizational capabilities, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• 3+ years of multi-family project experience
• Strong background and excellent experience in AutoCAD and REVIT
• Experience in creating a set of construction drawings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Assists in providing professional consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of projects.
• Responsible for specific technical design aspects including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of solutions
• Candidate must be prepared to work within tight deadlines

Salary Range: $60,000-80,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
