Detailer

NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking a Senior Detailer. We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience, NYC high end residential design, mixed use buildings and commercial projects.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience within the industry
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
• REVIT is a plus
• Excellent clear and concise written and verbal communication
• In depth working knowledge of accessibility guidelines, building codes and energy conservation codes
• Experience with project tasks from pre-design to project completion
• Residential and mixed-use construction and interior alteration experience preferred
• Diverse experience and knowledge in all disciplines, materials and construction techniques
• Excel in fast paced and challenging client focused position

Salary Range: Starting at $70,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
