Project Designer

NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking a Job Captain. We are seeking a candidate with 6+ years of experience, NYC high end residential design, mixed use buildings and commercial projects.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• 6+ years of experience
• Strong background in AutoCAD with excellent understanding x-refs and layers
• Strong background in REVIT
• Competent in all conventional aspects of architecture.
• Coordinates with project consultants.
• Performs tasks requiring independent judgment and solves problems when encountered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pick up a project in midstream and run several projects simultaneously is required
• Experience working on design and production drawings for new buildings, renovations and alterations
• Mentors junior staff.
• Responsive and dependable to meet deadlines

Salary Range: $70,000-90,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
