The building’s prefabricated facade, built of precast concrete, creates expanded living spaces with built-in window seats. The eight-foot-tall windows maximize views of the neighborhood and waterfront. The facade creates a wave-like appearance and allows for a diverse residential experience with 190 unique floor plans. 11 Hoyt features 55,000 square feet of exclusive indoor and outdoor amenities, including ample spaces for recreation, relaxation, and entertaining.
