Developed in collaboration with Adjaye Associates, 130 William stands at 66 stories and nearly 800 feet tall.
130 William uses its surroundings as the inspiration for its design. Pushing against the conventions of tall glass towers with curves and arches, the hand-cast concrete facade creates a striking form against the cityscape of Lower Manhattan, paying homage to the city’s past while having an eye on the future.
At the base of 150 William, there is a new public park and retail space, currently occupied by a combined coffee and flower shop.
The 244-unit building offers a high level of contemporary luxury. The list of amenities includes a fitness center with a spa, swimming pool, cold and hot plunge pools, a yoga studio and indoor basketball court, a private IMAX movie theater, a golf simulator, a lounge, a game room, a children’s playroom, a pet spa, outdoor terraces, and a rooftop observatory with grilling stations and private cabanas.
130 William has generated a great deal of interest and, as a result, has become New York City’s fastest-selling new condominium.
