Originally a fruit and vegetable warehouse, Hill West collaborated with other architects and consultants to convert this pre-war, landmark Tribeca building into 111 condominiums.
The building’s previously regal exterior was renovated with two majestic iron gates and extensive facade restoration, including a focus on window and entryway details. Over 30 unique layouts were designed with high, lofted ceilings. Due to the building’s large floorplates, a court was cut into the middle of the building, providing units additional light and air. The building was altered to feature approximately 300,000 square feet of luxury amenities including: a fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, roof terrace, children’s playroom, library, and indoor and outdoor lounge spaces.
