Projects 255 East 77th Street

A timeless Upper East Side residence where classical elegance meets modern luxury.

255 East 77th Street is a 36-story residential tower located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, developed by Naftali Group. Designed in collaboration with Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the building exemplifies timeless elegance and modern luxury. The facade features refined classical proportions, paying homage to the distinguished residences of the Upper East Side. The use of setback terraces and oak leaf motifs carved into the exterior harmonizes the structure with its historic surroundings.

Inside, the units feature stately scale, sleek lines, and sophisticated finishes, creating an inviting contemporary ambiance. The residences range from two to five bedrooms, each thoughtfully crafted to capture natural light throughout the day.

The building offers three levels of amenities dedicated to fitness, wellness, leisure, and entertainment. A notable highlight is the 75-foot swimming pool set in a breathtaking double-height space with sweeping skyline views. The amenity interiors, designed by the internationally renowned firm Yabu Pushelberg, display a masterful balance of traditional detailing and modern aesthetics.

As the architect of record, Hill West Architects ensured the seamless execution of RAMSA’s design, contributing to the building’s status as a remarkable addition to the Upper East Side’s architectural legacy.
