Projects Loden

Rooted in the architectural rhythm of Crown Heights, Loden reinterprets the neighborhood’s historic fabric through a contemporary lens.

Located steps from the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Prospect Park, the project draws on the area’s layered cultural landscape and natural surroundings to inform its materiality, scale, and spatial organization

The solid masonry base of the building echoes the scale and materiality of the neighborhood, while the glass and metal upper floors maximize natural light and offer expansive views of Prospect Park. The design skillfully balances historical context with modern aesthetics.

Residents will benefit from an array of in-building amenities designed with Mark Zeff Design to enhance modern urban living. These include a coworking space, fitness center, outdoor courtyard, children’s room, rooftop terrace, and multiple lounge areas such as a game room and a private dining room. The courtyard, featuring a pavilion and fireplace, introduces greenery that provides a peaceful contrast to the urban environment. Attended parking is also available in the cellar.

The unit interiors, crafted by Whitehall Interiors, reflect the diverse luxuries of the community. Drawing from nearby landmarks such as Prospect Park, the Botanic Gardens, and the Public Library, the design balances bold, timeless finishes with forward-thinking elements, creating a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere that fosters a deep sense of home and belonging.
