In 2008, The Plaza Hotel underwent a stunning renovation, converting sections of the hotel into condominiums and refurbishing existing hotel spaces.

Hill West Co-Founding Partner, L. Stephen Hill, collaborated with Historic Preservationists, landscape architects, interior designers, and developer El Ad Group to give The Plaza Hotel, at the corner of Fifth Avenue at Central Park South, a stunning renovation that included converting portions of the hotel into 282 ultra-luxurious residential condominiums.

A separate residential lobby was carved out of the ground floor. Luxurious new hotel accommodations and amenities, including a new hotel lobby, bar, and retail spaces, gave this historic hotel an update worthy of its world-renowned status.
