The vision for Cassa was to design an intimate hotel with bold, contemporary amenities, seamlessly paired with a boutique residential experience, LANA at Cassa.

The building’s white-paneled exterior features playful fenestration patterns and expansive terrace spaces, evoking a Miami-inspired aesthetic in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen. Located at 515 9th Avenue, Cassa is a 12-story mixed-use development comprising a 90-key hotel and 108 residential units. Designed by Hill West, the project offers shared amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness facility, alongside exclusive residential features, including rooftop terraces that provide a private retreat above the city.
