Hill West has designed a 26-story mixed use residential building at 30 Front Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Developed by Fortis Property Group, the 270-foot-tall tower will yield 76 condominium units.
Olympia will feature 38,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, 72,500 square feet of community facilities, and parking. Residential amenities include a lounge, a sauna and spa, gym and a yoga room, and a swimming pool.
The project’s name, and the design inspired by the history of the neighborhood, a waterfront village named Olympia that later became part of the Parish of Brookland and ultimately the City of New York. When complete, the high rise will have expansive views of Lower Manhattan and the New York Harbor. Its distinctive sail-like massing will be complimented by maritime colors and industrial materials, harkening back to the area’s roots.
