Skyline Tower rises 67 stories high over Long Island City, standing as the tallest building in Queens when construction was completed.
Skyline Tower’s all-glass curtain wall building showcases a sleek, monolithic structure, with re-entrant corners defining the form and creating spaces for balconies. Hill West incorporated two shades of glass: a neutral blue on Skyline Tower’s broader faces and a clear green on the edges, producing a design that reveals the unique interiors through its glassy exterior.
Metal fins screen the base and crown, adding lightness while concealing parking at the base. This design element connects the private residential entry of Skyline Tower and the public MTA entry at the base, maintaining both harmony and distinction.
Skyline Tower includes a double-height sky-lit amenity space with a mezzanine lounge overlooking a pool on the 3rd floor. On the 5th floor, amenities provide views of an exterior terrace. A fitness center, sauna, spa, yoga room, parking, and storage complete the luxury experience.
Whitehall Interiors designed the interiors, bringing a refined and modern touch to the spaces. The 802 condominium units offer unparalleled 360-degree views of Manhattan and the surrounding skyline.
