Projects The Boerum

Hill West partnered with Flank and The Carlyle Group to create The Boerum, a 19-story mixed-use building featuring both a luxury condominium and a 4-star hotel.

Located at the intersection of Brooklyn’s most prominent neighborhoods, The Boerum pays homage to the area’s rich history with a primary façade of classic red brick and cast stone-framed windows. Inspired by the proportions of traditional townhouses, the exterior is modernized with a basket-weave pattern that introduces rhythm and texture to the design. The upper levels, composed of sculpted aluminum panels, create a subtle shift in form and material, resulting in a building of understated substance that respects the surrounding streetscape.

The Hilton Brooklyn New York, occupying the lower floors, offers 196 guest rooms, 2,376 square feet of meeting space, a lounge, a full-service restaurant and bar, and a fitness center. Starting on the seventh floor, the residential portion features 128 apartments, ranging from one to five bedrooms, with layouts thoughtfully designed to appeal to the family-oriented character of the neighborhood.
