A visionary waterfront development redefining Brooklyn’s skyline with striking contemporary design and unparalleled riverfront living.
Williamsburg Wharf is a transformative 3.75-acre mixed-use development located on the East River shoreline in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood. Developed by Naftali Group, the project encompasses approximately one million square feet of residential, commercial, and retail space, including a public waterfront park. The full master plan features five 22-story luxury residential towers collectively offering around 850 residences, both condominiums and rentals. Each tower boasts its own private entrance and a suite of resort-style amenities dedicated to wellness and leisure.
Hill West collaborated with Brandon Haw Architects on the design of the full master plan and the development of the towers in the first phase of the project. This initial phase includes three of the five residential towers – Three Williamsburg Wharf standing 22 stories and 260 feet tall, One and Two Williamsburg Wharf at 21 stories and 261 feet tall, and Four Williamsburg Wharf at 22 stories and 265 feet tall – featuring custom curtain wall facades with bronze-finished metal and low-iron glass.
The landscape architecture, which includes an open lawn, public waterfront park, dog run, and extended pedestrian and cycling paths, was designed by SCAPE and Future Green Studio.
Williamsburg Wharf redefines urban waterfront living by harmoniously blending innovative architecture, luxurious residences, and thoughtfully designed public spaces, all set against the backdrop of the iconic Manhattan skyline.
