Team Jason Dubowski, AIA, LEED AP

Associate Partner
“The most rewarding aspect of this job is that I get to point to a building and say we worked on that.”

From a young age, Jason Dubowski had a keen eye for architecture and construction, often times sketching his childhood home and neighborhood projects on graph paper to conceptualize how a project could look. Dubowski is an Associate Partner at Hill West Architects with over 18 years of experience spanning across a broad range of residential and mixed-use developments in the Tri-State area. He is an energetic team leader with a proven track-record in project management and executive architect roles. Dubowski has successfully managed projects from preliminary design through construction administration, with his most recent projects including 23-15 44th Road in Long Island City, 20 Long Slip in Newport, New Jersey, and Williamsburg Wharf in Brooklyn.

Before being named associate partner at Hill West Architects, Dubowski was a senior associate at Goldstein, Hill & West Architects, and prior to that worked at Costas Kondylis and Partners. Dubowski graduated with honors from the School of Architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington. Dubowski is a registered architect in New York and New Jersey.

Dubowski was recognized by Building, Design + Construction’s 40 Under 40 in 2023 for his national leadership in architecture.
