Team Michael Rose, AIA
Associate PartnerMichael Rose is an Associate Partner at Hill West with over 35 years of experience working on all aspects of a development, from the initial concept phase through construction, with a special proficiency in exterior envelope and curtain wall. Rose’s passion for architecture is motivated by the way projects come together and how the team at Hill West Architects is able to execute their vision. Recently, Rose has led the development of multiple award winning projects, including Bankside and 11 Hoyt.
Prior to being named associate partner at Hill West Architects, Rose was a senior associate at Goldstein, Hill & West Architects. Rose also held positions at Costas Kondylis and Partners, Pei, Cobb, and Freed and Partners Architects where he focused on exterior wall design and had the opportunity to work on institutional and commercial projects. Rose received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Rice University. A Texas native, Rose moved to New York City and currently resides on the Upper East Side with his wife and two children, where he still enjoys building with Legos.
