Team Christie McInnis

Christie McInnis is a Project Manager at Hill West Architects whose dual background in interior design and architecture informs a holistic, inside-out approach to every project she takes on. Her expertise spans a broad range of building types — including residential, mixed-use, workplace, and life science — allowing her to bring adaptability and rigor to diverse design challenges.

At Hill West, Christie focuses on the early stages of projects, working closely with clients and the marketing team to develop unit layouts throughout the building. She collaborates directly with the exterior design team to ensure that interior layouts integrate seamlessly with the façade, and coordinates with MEP and structural engineers to resolve infrastructure without compromising design intent or unit functionality. She is an expert Revit user, having worked extensively with the platform throughout her career.

Prior to Hill West, Christie held roles architectural design at Margulis Perruzzi in Boston and SGA Architecture in New York City. She holds a Master of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Endicott College.
