Team Julio Magarino

Julio Magarino is an Associate at Hill West with over 25 years of experience in the New York metropolitan area. He is extremely well versed with intricacies of New York Zoning and Building Code. Julio has extensive experience in dealing with city agencies, such as City Planning Commission, Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the Department of Buildings.

Prior to joining Hill West, Julio and his partners created Form4 Design Studio, where he was a director, and handled all aspects of projects from conception to completion. Julio also worked with HTO Architect for over 20 years, and played a key role in overseeing and executing many projects of varying size and typology.
