Team Michael Stevick

Michael Stevick is Director of Business Development at Hill West Architects, where he oversees the firm’s business development and marketing efforts. He works closely with developers, owners, and industry partners to cultivate new opportunities, strengthen long-term relationships, and support the firm’s continued growth throughout New York City and the surrounding region.

With more than 20 years of experience in the architecture, design, and real estate industries, Michael brings a deep understanding of the New York development market and a strategic perspective on firm growth. He collaborates with Hill West’s leadership on market strategy, client pursuits, proposals, and thought leadership, helping expand the firm’s presence across multifamily residential, mixed-use, hospitality, adaptive reuse, and other sectors.

Before joining Hill West, Michael held business development and marketing leadership roles at Perkins Eastman and TPG Architecture, where he led strategic pursuits, developed growth initiatives, strengthened client relationships, and elevated each firm’s presence within the industry.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University. Outside of work, he is a dedicated distance runner and has completed nine New York City Marathons.
