Team Reality Curry

Utilizing years of experience from all phases of development and construction, Reality Curry takes great pride and enjoyment in transforming the Zoning Resolution text into inspirational thoughtfully designed buildings. Reality is a project manager in the pre development team where he assist with code and zoning compliance for projects in phases of design.

Prior to joining Hill West, Reality managed the design and construction of affordable housing and community facility projects. Some of which have won awards for innovative use of materials and sustainable design practices. Combining his knowledge of regulatory requirements with various sustainability guidelines and standards he is able to create spaces that are both energy and spatially efficient to meet client’s programmatic needs. Reality received his Bachelor of Architecture Degree at the New York Institute of Technology.

In the winter of 2023, Reality was featured on Commercial Observers list of Top Young Professionals. In the fall of 2022, Reality was named to the Ones to Watch List by the New York Real Estate Journal.
