AssociateMaciej Kusmierski is an Associate at Hill West Architects with more than two decades of experience in multifamily residential architecture. His expertise spans all phases of design and construction, with a focus on ground-up and conversion residential developments throughout New York City. Maciej combines technical precision with a collaborative, client-focused approach, working closely with ownership teams and contractors to deliver projects that balance design quality, constructability, and budget objectives.
Prior to joining Hill West, he held roles at SLCE Architects and Studio Kenji, where he developed extensive experience in project coordination, construction documentation, and construction administration. Kusmierski earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the CUNY City College School of Architecture, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture and is a Registered Architect in New York.
