Hill West collaborated with Brandon Haw Architects on this new Williamsburg residential project, One and Two Williamsburg Wharf. This building is a part of the larger Williamsburg Warf master plan, which also includes Three Williamsburg Wharf and Four Williamsburg Wharf.

Residents at One and Two Williamsburg Wharf at 478-480 Kent Avenue will enjoy a range of private amenities such as a fitness center, library lounge, outdoor gardens, and swimming pool. Interior design of these spaces and units was completed by Brandon Haw Architects and Ward + Gray. The tower features a condominium, dubbed One Williamsburg Wharf, with rental residences located in the podium, known as Two Williamsburg Wharf, both designed to embrace natural light and maximize breathtaking waterfront and skyline views. Thoughtfully planned layouts, soaring ceilings, and refined finishes create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. Expansive terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows offer seamless indoor-outdoor living, while high-end kitchens and spa-like baths provide the ultimate in modern comfort and elegance.
