Team John Vlahakis
Project ManagerJohn Vlahakis is a tenured project manager who brings passion for collaboration with clients, consultants, and his team members to every project. Since joining Hill West in 20212, John has been inspired and motivated by Hill West team members as their projects have become a reality along the New York City skyline.
John has experience working on luxury residential buildings at a variety of scales. Skyline Tower, at its conception, was the tallest building in Queens. On a more intimate scale, John contributed to the completion of The Rockwell, a luxury condo on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
John has been a valued member of the Hill West Team since 2012. Shortly after graduating with his Bachelor of Architecture from The Bernard and Anne Spritzer School of Architecture at The City College of New York.
