Team Lou Concepcion
Senior AssociateLou Concepcion brings over 45 years of architectural experience to Hill West Architects. Concepcion has supervised and coordinated the completion of numerous large scale projects. Throughout his career, Concepcion has worked on fourteen separate buildings that are a part of the Riverside South Master Plan along the Hudson River in New York City, most recently the lucury residential towers at Waterline Square and the Riverside Center rezoning. Most recently Lou has been a valuable team member on Gemma Gramercy. 16 Fifth Avenue, and 1100 Myrtle Avenue.
Prior to Hill West Architects, Concepcion worked as a senior architectural designer and job captain on multiple large-scale infrastructure projects including Nippon Airline Cargo Terminal, SAS Airline Cargo Terminal, and the Long Island Railroad Station. Concepcion received a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.
