Project ManagerSamantha Salomon is a skilled Project Manager at Hill West, specializing in multifamily residential projects. With a comprehensive background spanning all project phases from Schematic Design to Construction Administration, Samantha has managed a diverse portfolio that includes rental buildings with inclusionary and affordable housing components, mixed-use buildings, and both mid-rise and high-rise structures. Samantha is adept at coordinating complex projects and ensuring they meet the high standards of design and functionality required by today’s market. Most recently, Samantha has been working on 65 and 75 Dupont Street in Brooklyn, and the interior fit-out and construction of the penthouses at 111 Murray Street in Manhattan.
Before joining Hill West Architects, Samantha worked for DMG Investments. This time employed at a development company allows her a unique perspective and edge in helping our clients achieve their development goals. She leverages advanced technologies to streamline project management processes, enhance collaboration, and ensure precision in every phase of her projects. Samantha graduated from the University of Florida’s College of Design, Construction, and Planning with a Bachelor of Design, majoring in architecture.
