Director of Accessibility and CodeSarah Ladner-Gomez is the Director of Accessibility and Code at Hill West. Sarah completes reviews of all Hill West projects at every phase of design. Sarah effectively identifies opportunities for project improvement from layout through construction administration. Leveraging Hill West’s breadth and depth of high-quality projects, Sarah brings lessons learned and knowledge to each boutique project team.
Sarah Ladner-Gomez has over 20 years of architectural design experience in the New York City metropolitan area. Before specializing in code and accessibility, Sarah was a successful project manager, working on a wide range of building types including high rise residential towers, luxury apartment buildings, institutional, and mixed use projects. Before joining the team at Hill West Architects, Sarah worked for Costas Kondylis and Partners, Garrett Gourlay Architect, and H. Thomas O’Hara Architect. Sarah received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She has been a registered architect in the State of New York since 2008.
