Project ManagerOzan Baysan has over 21 years of experience in architecture in the United States and Turkey across mixed use, commercial, and residential buildings. At Hill West, Ozan is a valued Project Manager. Since 2014 he has managed projects from the initial zoning analysis phase, to construction administration, and post-user occupation. His extensive expertise help brings the projects to life without compromising the architectural design quality. Ozan enjoys working on great projects with the best team in the industry (his words not ours). His recent work includes 470 Kent Avenue, Lincoln at Bankside, 160 Clarkson, and 3 Waterline Square.
Prior to joining Hill West, Ozan gained 8 years of experience in New York City affordable housing development working as a project architect at GF55 Partners. Ozan is a registered Architect in New York State and Turkey. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from Istanbul Technical University.
